Expertise From Industry and Education
We are University4Industry
Founded in 2015, University4Industry is a leading provider of digital up- and reskilling for the digital era. Our team combines deep knowledge from the industry with state-of-the-art technology and the latest didactic and learning psychology approaches to offer targeted and targeted and efficient qualification for a digital transformation.
We want to develop sustainable education solutions for a structural digital change. Digitization is changing many of the work processes in industry – and it requires new skills and roles. Companies face the challenge of providing their employees with digital qualifications as quickly as possible. However there are many employees, with limited time, requiring different, very specific qualifications of varying depths of knowledge. To address this challenge, we have searched for new ways of qualifying employees – and found it: a tailor-made digital education program that is specifically geared to the respective tasks of employees. This makes it easier for them to transfer new knowledge to their own work. We are convinced that this is the way to close the knowledge gap in industry efficiently and to ensure the competitiveness of German industry.
